Referees get 15% off. Referrers get 10% of their fee paid as cash rebate.
Pretty much, but I believe you can only claim the free round once for each course per membership year. This might be challenging as for example in SA most of the courses on FG are regional.
Is there a map of all the courses? I saw the list and its quite a hassle to check every location to see if its drivable.
Click on the membership tab then scroll down about half way.
There is a little google map. Seems it is programmed to geo locate so defaulted to WA for me

ah makes sense.
Fortunately WA is mostly clustered around Perth so not too bad
It's worth noting a lot of the tee times available for the better courses are mid week, which doesn't suit everyone
