Best 1 Month Mobile Broadband Solution

Hi all,

I'm moving house and our NBN can't be connected until mid July so need something to fill the gap until the NBN tech's can come out and do what they need to do.

I've been looking around but it's hard to find a month to month contract with enough mobile data to get us through.

The best I've found so far is:
- Telstra Pre-Paid 4GX Wi-Fi Plus for $79
- Telstra Upfront Data Plan 400gb for $85

My thoughts are I can just sell the mobile router for a slight loss once I'm done with it and the $85 isn't too much over what an NBN plan will set me back per month anyway.
Obviously we could tether off a phone but I'm looking for something reliable/that we can just leave plugged in and on all the time without worrying about dropouts.

Has anyone been in a similar situation or does anyone have a better idea?

    Visit your local Cashies where you may find (1) a pocket wifi device; or (2) an NBN gateway with 4G backup SIM (e.g. Optus Segemcom) for very little cost.

    Check if you're in Telstra's 5G Home Broadband footprint..
    They have first month free!

      Thanks but as I said, just wanted one I could plug in and connect a few devices to and leave on at all times.
