I am looking for a set that is comfortable and durable. I suppose I will need different sets for winter and summer? What are the properties I should look out for? Are there any ozbargain approved sets that I should look out for?

We like Canningvale or Sheridan cotton, but unfortunately the Canningvale ones aren't deep enough so we stopped using them as they keep popping off the edges.
Target 400TC supima cotton sheets are surprisingly good at a lower price point.
I love Sheridan cotton sheets - 400/500 thread counts. Pick them up from their Outlet store.
I don’t see any need to have specific sets for Summer/Winter. I have 4 sets (pillow cases, quilt cover, fitted and flat sheets) on rotation that are about 7 years old and all still in new condition.
Sheridan is terrible quality imo, I bought a couple things from the outlet never again
