It is mainly focused on fitness and health tracking plus features such as seeing notifications and rejecting calls.

I have the Band 5 and have been surprised how it is still my go-to smart device. The Alexa function came in handy for smart home light control when sleep training. Can set any photo as your wallpaper and I didn't realise how nice it was to have is long battery life and thus less downtime from charges.
Main gripes: the DND doesn't dim the screen enough at night, which means it can be blinding in bed. During a workout, almost any touch will pause the workout.
