Hi people, jJust wondering if the above linked laptop is a good laptop for general office related work?
Also, would this be able to connect to the Dell G3223Q at a decent refresh rate?

They are 2 different models, not an upgrade/replacement/superseded model.

The CPU is also not an upgrade per say as both are 12th gen. released last year within same timeframe.
P series is for power efficiency , whilst H series is for high performance.
1240p supposedly gives you better battery life , whilst 12450h will have better performance albeit maybe negligible.
1240p has 4 performance cores and 8 efficiency cores , whilst 12450h short of 4 efficiency core but has 0.3Ghz higher base clock on both clusters.
12450h will have more aggressive profile and sustained boost clock from the higher power wattage, giving you slight better performance against 1240p.

good laptop for general office related work?
If you don't game and no need for graphics computation power, I would go for the one below with much more current/updated hardware specs with better build and longer warranty.
