It does say “pre-order” on the page however it says pre-orders ship within 3-5 business days so basically standard delivery. Shipping is free, potentially price match at officeworks for more savings.

That’s a shame, maybe you got a faulty unit? Personally I’ve found it great as throughout a day of use (iPhone 14 Pro Max) my battery never drops below 75%.
You charge your phone all day with this on it?

Whenever I put my iphone 12 mini on a wireless charger, it complains about too high temperature beyond 80% charged and pauses charging until it cools down, like here. I imagine it happening all the time with it.
That's in a ~20 degrees room. Occasionally the same happens when charging by cable. Battery health is 97%, the phone is 4 months old.
OW, or any retailer, won't pricematch this as it is not in stock at present.
Not worth it . Just got one and not really impressed with the performance
