90% of My Transactions on TopCashBack Do Not Track

90% of my transactions on topcashback do not track.

Always have to raise a case and they claim I did not use their service - never have any problems with cashrewards or shopback so I'm pretty sure topcashback are scammers :(

    Sounds like the same reason I stopped using all these 'cash back' places. Always missed the 'big' transactions claiming something, when the smaller ones went through without an issue.

    Honestly not worth the hassle.

    • If you want to use the service, always use discounted eGC regardless of T&Cs' wording till it declines the purchase. Pointless to enquire if eGC works for cashback.

    cashback sites were great at the start, but then came the tracking issues, lower amounts, and privacy breeches that people seem to forgive for a $2 bonus cashback, I have only used Picodi once for the $15 bonus and that's it, I lost interest in the sites, I just buy stuff on its merit, not in the hope I get cashback,

    • The $50 bonus for Cheddar wasn't bad either. First and only time i used them..

  • Topcashback hates plugins. I run an install of chrome with zero plugins/addons installed & tracking is reliable there. The moment I try to use anything else or keep even 1 plugin running tracking issues pile up.

      As I said I raised claims - you always take MONTHs to reply then DENY them with excuses or accuse me of being a liar and not using your service when I use your website incognito, 0 plugins.

      Never had problems with Cashrewards or Shopback - you guys are SCAMMERS.

          Hi, are you folks doing anything about fixing your tracking so that it works reliably? I've made at least 5-6 purchases and not a single one has tracked. I've used Safari desktop and on iOS, purchasing from different vendors and they just do not track. I regularly use Cashrewards and Shopback with only rare issues, so this is definitely a problem at your end.

    I've tried purchasing 5-6 times through TopCashback so far, and not a single transaction has tracked. I regularly use Shopback and Cashrewards with only occasional issues.

        I would certainly hope not and doubt that's the case, but their tracking technology is absolutely useless from my experience. Plus they don't show your click activity so trying to match things up and lodge a claim looks to be a complete pain, so I haven't bothered on the numerous transactions I've missed out on.

    Tried topcashback twice, none of them tracked. Stick with cashrewards and shopback. They work flawlessly.

    Chiming in to say my experience with TopCashback has been similar - most transactions just don't track even when using a dedicated browser with zero plugins etc. Frankly I'm sick of lodging claims and having them denied months after - the extra 3% isn't worth the added time and uncertainty.

    I'm a veteran cashback website user so I think it's fair to say I know what I'm doing.

    Honestly..i have up on this one pretty quickly during some deal a few months ago. It was a nightmare to use from what i remember..and i love getting money back

  • I've always found my purchases track no matter if on Cashrewards, Topcashback and Cheddar if I do them on mobile data on a mobile device. I have a PiHole so cashback wouldn't work on wifi anyway. From affiliate networks (ex-employee of a cashback service) I've seen things track and decline or don't track entirely because of something to do with the user's device like private browsing/blockers or a subscription like ASOS Premier. đŸ¤·

    TopCashBack sucks. My $10 bonus signup cashback was automatically denied, despite having more than $10 of cashback earned.

  • Purchased once through topcashback and they declined my cash back for no reason, won't be using again

  • I am at my wits end with them. The poor tracking is one thing but the fact they close support tickets without any response or actually informing me they closed it is especially concerning.
    I don’t think they like people who are on top of it. I referred 2 people and it’s been a mess for them too.

  • I've purchased once, with the Quilton deal and still haven't received my cashback. Their customer support channels don'ts seem to work online either. Can't even follow up on it!

  • Just signed up for the eBay cashback bonus for Black Friday and also did the pizza hut deal yesterday. None of them tracked and have submitted a ticket and says it will take 2 to 3 months for it to "potentially" resolve…sounds like so many cases above. Even if they fix these 2 problems I don't think I will use these guys if every time it doesn't automatically track and I have to fight for my cashback. Really bad first impression and it seems to be a hit or miss, most likely won't return nor refer friends.

  • Same problem, most transactions do not track. I saw all the negative feedback so try to avoid using them but sometimes they have the higher % so I take a chance.

    Within the last week
    - 3 eBay transactions did not track at all
    - Another retailer tracked but with $0 payout

    Raised support cases but thinking it might be time to stop using them.

  • Same problem with transactions not tracking, and being accused of having multiple accounts when I've referred to my mum that lives with me (completely different email, and bank details). Referred my husband before that, and referral bonus never tracked too. Too many issues and not worth the hassle. Will just stick to CR and SB. Definitely advise anyone to steer away from them.

    Wish I could have read this before started to use them. Avoid , waste of time. Will only use Cashback and ShopBack . No issues so far.
