Has any RACV member encountered the "Unable to Login with Your Member ID" issue when trying to buy discounted Woolworth giftcard through the this RACV website: https://www.racv.com.au/membership/member-benefits/member-di…?
With all the RBA rate increases, really need the discount…

After I correctly enter my RACV membership number, first name, family name and the registered email address at https://www.racv.com.au/membership/member-benefits/member-di… and click submit, I get transferred to the Woolworth's website which say "Unable to Login with Your Member ID" issue.
On the other hand, I tried entering some fictitious RACV membership number and other information at the same RACV site https://www.racv.com.au/membership/member-benefits/member-di…. It would not transfer me to the Woolworth website.
From the above 2 attempts, I know that my RACV details are correct.
I have tried different browsers and different computers and still encountered the same Woolworth's website which say "Unable to Login with Your Member ID" issue.
If only there was someone you could call to enquire about this.
The fact that OP has asked suggests to me they may actually need an answer to this one….
(I hope if they think hard enough, they'd come up with the answer themselves)

RACV told me to contact Woolworth.
Then Woolworth told me to go back to RACV.
RACV silence…
If you can't login to racv, not sure why you need to contact woolworths.
Log into RACV.com.au first then follow the links to the e-gift cards.
Do they even have Woolworths gift cards via this portal?

No problems on my end to log in to purchase via racv so may not be issue from racv side at the moment?
I can log into RACV and buy discounted movie tickets and other gift cards without issue.
Just not Woolworth gift cards…

Yes I am getting that same message and getting the run around with Woolworths as well. I got the same information from them about using different browsers etc but nothing worked. I rang them back and they said they are looking into it.
Glad I saw your post as Woolworths said they haven't heard of anyone else having this issue.
The Woolworth helpdesk lady mentioned that there were other RACV callers with the same issue.
14 June 2023: I am still experiencing the same Unable to Login with Your Member ID issue.
I am able to log in and purchase the racv woolworths cards with no problems
Perhaps your Member ID is wrong?
