Not sure but i use these to clean my Mobiles Phone, iPad & Sunnies. Not recommended for lappies as they dry pretty quickly so you will end up using 3-5 wipes for a lappy.
Shouldn’t hurt your telescope but again clean a little section first to be sure. It only contains Iso-Alcohol.
You spelt Hubble wrong.
I use AI so I don't make any pissmonouciations.
I think you might have had a hallucination.
Are you sentient?
Seems a bit exxy but actually isn't too bad

Clear Wipe Anti-Fog Lens Cleaner 20p x 6
Also on same price
Whats wrong with Aldi Baby wipes so much cheaper?
does it dry streak free?
I keep one of these at home and at work BrightWipe
Yes a schmik clean
Anyone use these regularly? I found myself using paper towels/tissues with isopropyl 99.9% as cloths tend to just smudge after 5+ uses…
Any good and do they dry quick and smear/streak free?
Highly recommend this now on special @ChemistWarehouse https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/buy/122147/brightwipe-le…
I've used these, and switched over to the Zeiss wipes - which I have found to be much better (dry clear, no streaks). https://www.amazon.com.au/s?k=zeiss+lens+wipes&ref=nb_sb_nos….
No great deals right now, but you do see them on special from time to time. I have a box of 600 on my desk that will last me three years or more…
Yeah, in my experience the Zeiss ones are better. And with S & S from your link there's only a couple of cents per unit difference, so it's not a bad deal at the moment either.
These will most likely damage the coating on your lenses
Yes confirmed they damaged the coating on mine.
At my work we highly recommend against these for your glasses. There's even a condition in the pack that says "not for use on scratched lenses". Almost everyone's glasses have done scratched on them, and the solvent in these Clearwipes associates to be strong enough to leach into the scratch and lift the coating of the lenses.
Source - I'm an independent optometrist, and I've seen these wipes do serious damage to dozens of lenses
how about other lens wipes? do they damage coating?
im thinking Bright Wipes?
https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/bright-wip…
If that's the case then,
I've been using Clearwipes for probably 5 or 6 years, never had any issues with coatings lifting.
I've worn glasses my entire life and have never had a coating lift - scratches? hell yeah, some coatings seem to be softer than others (Nikon lenses are a case in point) and pretty much any cleaning cloth will cause scratches over time.
are they flushable?
Not at all.
Nothing is flushable except toilet paper.
I make my own - small squeezy bottle, microfibre cloth and 2 different recipes with and without iospropyl alcohol for coated or non-coated lenses.
name checks out :)
Is it safe to use on my humble telescope I got in the special buys last week?
