Genuine portable monitors have gone up in price a bit and this one from Uperfect is still good value, as it's designed for gaming due to having a 120Hz refresh rate with Freesync. Plus there's a full sized HDMI port and an OTG port for connecting a mouse/keyboard, which isn't commonly found in other portable monitors.   Why do they not mention the weight if its supposed to be portable?

  Does it run from a 65w pd powerbank?

    They do - it's 643g. Obviously anything above 15.6" is going to be heavier but still more portable than a 24".

    65W PD power bank is fine. Often a 5V/2A power supply is enough even.

  Have this monitor is amazing BUT beware of the cables provided they are on the cheaper side, I opted out for other cables.
