    Good deal. Got 2KG

Anyone know how to stop creatine from going all grainy and lumpy? I find with a 1kg bag that this happens after a few months.

    • Add some water to it. :)

But yeah, nah, it just does that after a while, nothing worry about.

    • It shouldn't happen if it's good quality. I have several years old ones that dont do that.

      • Damn, don't know why it happens to me :(

    • i think you need to buy micronised creatine. also dont buy a costco size barrel. best to split the cost with the homies so you can finish it faster so it doesn't get old.

    • I'm planning to put some in smaller size container and restock the small container after finished, instead of opening the whole pack everyday. But Idk if that will make it better or not.

      • I just in the end buy <500g

  • Any one tried it, mixed reviews. Great price though

  • very naïve question: is this stuff bad for you?
Can't be bothered asking chatGTP and getting an half-ass answer.

YMMV but generally a lot more evidence is coming out that this is one of the staple supplements for health and longevity by virtue of improving results in strength and muscle building. However it seems that it may also be beneficial for everyone, even for those who are not resistatnce training

    • +4

It's pretty much the only supplement that is confirmed to help with strength training.

Not bad for you but stick to 5g a day and take a break now and then.

    • +2

Not necessarily bad for you but there is some literature on not using it all the time and also not using large amounts of it. It is found in all meat products to varying degrees. Fish having the most.

  • I remember when I used to buy 1 kg for 25$. Then again recently I did get an awesome deal on some.

Just going to put it out there. there are varying quality of creatine and I don't mean just the processing. So if this isn't a known company or brand, I would be a bit careful.

  • so does 5 grams of Creatine p/d raise levels of Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) high enough make your hair fall out? 🤨

    • +1

Hopefully not. I cycled off for 3 months, and cycled back on, saw absolutely 0 difference in hair shedding. The caveat to that is I have godlike hair genes with no hair loss in the family.

What is the source country of this creatine? Why should we trust the purity of it given it is marketed by some relatively unknown brand?

    • +2

Why I only purchase creapure. Pricey these days but IMO worth the extra

    • +1

That's the thing, imo it's better to buy it from reputable brands and companies plus if you are willing to buy in bulk you can still get it cheaper.

  • Thought that said "pure ketamine" for a second there
