so Me and the wife created two separate order to the same house address and my order was not delivered. :( on the chat support queue now.
edit: same driver came back and didn't realise it was +1 order to the same house. Maybe it best to call the driver ahead if ordering nearly the same time. Should avoid the same mishap that I did

Does anyone have a complaints email for orders that never arrived? Their chat kicked me out due to inactivity after waiting 45 minutes to move from 35th to 20th in the queue.
They are data mining . For the time required just write it off is the best move ,
I re-read the email they sent initially, and it says you can reply to the email or live chat. I’ve replied to it, and they’ve issued a support ticket for me. We’ll see what happens.

If you raise a ticket with their customer support, they will not do anything until you click on the live chat button from the ticket. This will push you to the top of the queue, but you may still not receive a response. I was number 1 in the queue for 3 hours and no one responds
