Portable Charger for Pixel 6a

Looking for a portable charger for my Google Pixel 6a as the battery life isn't the most consistent. Dont't know much about chargers, but price point is anywhere south of $100. Any help greatly appreciated.

Worth just searching "power bank" on this site. But something like this looks pretty good - https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B09LCS521P

Not worth spending more than $30-40 and 20,000mAh will charge your phone 4-5 times over.

If you want something lighter aim for 10,000mah, like this - https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B08K7GHZ3V

Anker ones are decent and definitely under $100

  • Possibly some useful information if you are interested in power/weight ratio

  • You can see list of power bank deals posted on ozb

Is it going to be predominately used when you're outdoors? Does weight matter? Will you bring a bag with you to carry it in or does it need to be pocket size?

A slim 10k mAh power bank ~$20 is sufficient for most people, will get you around 1.5 full charge on Pixel 6a (4410 mAh battery but there are losses when converting from 3.7V to 5V)

If you want more capacity then it will increase in price and weight - if you're out playing pokemon go for example.

I have a baseus 20k mAh 20W power bank ~$30 I bring around when going out for walks/hikes when I have a bag.

These power bank are suitable for phones but will not be able to do laptops.

    • cheers, have ordered one of the slim 10k mah of amazon
