The main difference between the Salomon XA Pro 3D V8 and the non-V8 version is the update in the design and materials used. The V8 version has a more streamlined and modern look with a sleeker upper and new colorways.
It also has a more durable and breathable mesh upper compared to the non-V8 version. The V8 version also features a redesigned outsole with an updated lug pattern for better traction and a more responsive and comfortable ride. The overall fit and feel of the V8 version may also be slightly different due to these updates.

I got the XA Pro 3D GTX delivered in the previous deal. It's heavier and stronger than I was expecting. The toe box alone could probably survive dropping a hammer on it..
