Gotta buy a couple or more to make it worth it imo, but the quality is really good, chalk and cheese compared to the “leather” ones I got from Amazon for a couple bucks a pop - they were starting to fall apart after a couple weeks.
The genuine knockoffs I bought when AirTags were released are still holding up fine for me.
These Belkin clones from Ali are my go to at ~$2.75 a pop. Change the actual keyring for a better one that you have lying around the house.
Usually arrives within 2 weeks, YMMV.

These are the ones I have had for however long AirTags have been around now. Just bought some more in different colours.
A genuine question, what do people usually use the airtags for? All I can think of is to put one on my dog's collar. I certainly dont need it on my key ring, as these days i dont bring keys with me (using a smart lock). I also have stopped using a wallet for quite a few years…
as someone who just lost my car keys, they would've been good to have on them. otherwise, i've heard people actually put it in their luggage as airtags work well internationally

similar situation here…. even my car is no longer a need to proximity key…. as long as i don't (profanity) up my phone battery… pretty much good.
