How to Activate 3 Month Free Trial of YouTube Premium after Purchasing a Pixel Phone

As the title says, does anyone know how you activate the 3 month free trial of YouTube premium that google is promoting with the purchase of a Pixel phone?
I’m only seeing 1 month free in my account and google chat are pretty useless.
