be warned. google 'aliexpress' and any word like 'fraud, 'scam', 'problem' and you will find plenty of issues.
having said that, I have used AliExpress once in the past without problem (I bought from what appeared to be a pretty decent seeler based on feedback, vloumes sold, etc)

I've also bought from aliexpress recently, and from a seller who only had 5 feedback at the time too. Everything worked out fine, just mark the item as received once you get it and the seller gets their money. Shipping tad slow but that's what you'd expect from HK
I bought a 32 gig usb stick for $12. it turned out to be 128k. yeah, not meg but k. the aliprotection worked well.

I don't think they even have any copies to sell. Don't waste your time waiting for Galaxy Note. This is a clever marketing scam to get you to buy other crappy items on the right hand side of screen.
