Some pen-midwits swear by the pilot g2, the UM-151 is similarly smooth, but doesn't skip, blotch, easily smudge, or bleed through the page.
Amazon seems to be having issues - if the price doesn't show correctly, check if it is in the other sellers tab, you may have to refresh the page a few times.

As per other Amazon JP link I recommend doing this:
Search for the item, in this case "Uni-ball Signo Um-151 Gel Ink Pen - 0.38 Mm - 10 Set (Black)"
You should see:
Click on (7 New offers). If the Amazon JP link is not there, refresh the page. Keep going until you get the JP link which you can add to the cart.
Sometimes it even shows as the right price on the search results screen but I would refresh that too as going through that way doesn't guarantee the right price.
