I am going to be transiting through SGP in october, fly in at midnight and then out at 5pm.
Thought i would not check into hotel cuase so crazy pricy for rooms and instead find somthing to do in SGP till the sun came up……so besides Mustafa is there anything in SGP that open 24hrs?

I think la pa sat is open 24 hours. Why don't you see if the train that does the big loop is operating that time of day? I do the loop e dry few years, but never at that time of day. You could go down to the quay for a drink or see if you can get onto the top of Marina bay sands for a drink at ku da ta.
Great airport. Maybe just check out all the attractions there.
You might be better off just exploring changi airport. There is lots of free entertainment there including arcade games and a movie theater
