Bit lost on this one, have tried what I could find on the web, nothing helped

Win10 22H2
Switch is a DLINK DES 1024 which has been rebooted, several ports tried. No problem with other PCs.
Has been working fine until 2 weeks ago.
BIOS is current.
Updated LAN (Intel i219-V)
Tried a few USB WiFi (D-link, TPLink)
Direct LAN to the modem it happens, other PC/Laptop are not having this problem - they maintain connection when this one drops.
Different Modem has also been tried (HFC NBN & 4G NBN)
Windows has been 'repair' reinstalled, also format full reinstall.
Prefer not to change the system yet, but…
