What's The Difference between These Two RTX 4080s?

Hey guys,

Was looking at upgrading to a 4080 and I noticed these two listings on Mwave for the same card with a $100 difference. I've looked closely at the descriptions but I cannot for the life of me find a difference.

Can anyone shed light on this? These have two different SKUs different by one number.

One has a factory overclock, and OC in the name. The other you'd have to overclock manually to achieve the same performance. The horror! Take my extra $100.

    • Thank you, I looked at everything but the name lmao!

    • Why would they be selling the OC version for $100 less? Is it less reliable?

This also confuses me. It should be the other way around, but hey.. $100 less for the better one

But otherwise no, it shouldn't be less reliable. Factory overclocks are usually pretty mild, I would trust ASUS on the stability.

  • It's in the overview tab on the item landing page.

OC = Engine Clock: 2625 MHz OC, 2595 MHz Default
Non-OC = Engine Clock: 2535 MHz OC, 2505 MHz Default
