Grade 3 sounds like hard rubbish grade if you get it before it rains.

OP, for anyone apart from people that live in Melbourne and have a vehicle suitable to transport a lounge, it seems better value (discounting consideration around whether this couch itself represents value compared to others available elsewhere) to buy new from you rather than refurbished. For example I live in a regional location and a new 4 seater with chaise is $2959 delivered, with a refurb costing $2368 (not delivered). The new item, apart from being new and unused, allows me to try it and return it if I don't like it, plus, realistically, probably has at least $400 built into the price for the actual delivery cost. So while I appreciate the intent behind your 'reloved' program, I think the pricing is super excessive for what is (minus the jargon) a used item without delivery. Even if I lived in Melbourne, I'd probably choose new rather than used given the time and effort associated with collecting the item myself, plus the benefits that come with buying new. Just some feedback from an actual potential customer, if you're interested.

    • Actually I've just seen buried in the T&C fine print (which doesn't show up until you're checking out) that regional and rural customers wanting to do the 365 day return have to return their item themselves/at their cost to the nearest Eva warehouse, which completely negates the benefit of the 'no-risk' trial period benefit for me. Not cool.

from the photos.. how the heck do u get comfortable with such a low back support?

Needs to be lower to get people interested, wouldn't even buy it for $500 unless professionally cleaned and comes with warranty
