Darn, wish it was the brass variant, really liked the way it looked.
Not sure about difference in density but brass one had a nice heft to it when I tried it out too. Although this one does look cleaner.
Dang, the (non-AL) Sports fountain pen at $27 is a really nice price for a starter/beater pen: they've even got the recent iridescent colourway on clearance.
