Yep I got what seemed to be a brand new model too!
my WH1000XM5s sure didn't seem to been ever used
See it as a bonus but it definately isnt the norm with most of Sony's refurbs
Is this a good price? Seems much cheaper in deals from a while ago.
Crazy how the Bose 700's were brand new shipped via amazon for about 250 a couple days ago
days or months?
couple of*
i said what i said
Much difference between last Gen and the latest?
here for the answer too!
Sony will tell you there is lol, from what I've read the new models aren't as compact due to the way they fold.
From personal experience I can tell you that the noise cancellation on the older models is pretty (profanity) ninja, I find it difficult to believe there would be any real difference in the new model that's worth shelling out for.
New one does not gets folded in I think… Both USB C
Real world difference, the XM4s fold away better for travel.
Microphones on the new one is apparently better.
Black OOS
Black already out of stock…
White has 1 left…
Sold out :'(
Luckily I didn't get ebay plus
White out of stock as well
Anyone seen in public wearing the white one is clearly an uberozbargainer with no shame.
white is fugly
Never seem to be able to get these in time 😞
Any tips for a fellow ozbargain-er lolset up alerts for the category?
Will do! Thanks!
Wait for prime day, or some other sale category day. Take holidays lol
Haha 👍🏼 okay, thanks!
I got in a similar previous deal. Mine was absolutely brand new. And the headphones are superb. By default you may find the sound underwhelming. But set the equaliser to bright and bass to +7 and you are set. Most comfortable headphones I used.
It's funny cause I got the bose in a prime deal few years back and I've never had surround sound (maybe briefly Logitech speakers with gamecube/wii/pc) or a soundbar. Anyway the point is I'm going from avg stereo headphones/speaker(s)/builtin-TV-speakers to the bose surround sound headphones and it's cinema-like experience. You hear sounds in games, movies, music etc you couldn't possibly before and you get lost in the moment - definitely a step up in life.
I actually found the sound a touch too musical, went for a negative EQ (reducing values you want less of rather than amping the ones you do) and reduced the bass a touch, now they're great for my taste. But everyone's different of course!
Black colour back in stock, only 2 though so be quick
Just adding in - my "refurb" model was still plastic wrapped with everything completely unused - at least visually. So it may be a bit of a lucky dip and you may get a brand new product.
