- Can be single or double sided
- Prefer minimum 150kg load rating
Any suggestions?

How deep are your pockets? No use suggesting Bailey ladders on a Home Brand budget.
Budget is $300-$500
I personally use FS13644 from Bailey - but its a smidge over 16kg but its rock solid, and I will heartily recommend if its in budget and you can lift it. Stable as in both configurations.
Otherwise check out little big ladders/gorilla ladders in fibreglass if you 100% need it lighter.
little big ladders
I think you mean little giant and I agree. Have one of their king combo ladders and it's awesome. The rotating wall pad plus the V bar give you a lot of options to make it as safe as possible and being able to use it as a step, leaning or extension ladder gives plenty of flexibility. Not cheap but ladders last a long time unless abused.
yea little giant, sorry haha

I was originally looking at this one as a 'do all general purpose' ladder for home before I settled on bailey
