Pretty sure they're still adding sugar to the Centenario 23.
Its like one spoon, big deal, tastes good.
It's not so much the amount of sugar added but rather the fact that they're adding sugar post-distillation to begin with.
It's something rum drinkers may be interested in, especially those wondering why some taste "better" than others.
The 23 refers to the 23 grams of sugar they add…
