i'd looked at some reviews and the following stood out to me:

Can you please suggest if you guys used the above and had any feedback or would suggest anything else?

Don't know if it's still true, but if you've got a friend working at jb hifi, the employee discount on the HyperX Cloud Alpha is pretty good. I've had one for about 6ish years that I've used very frequently. I'm happy with it, my friends on discord are happy with the mic, but the faux leather has recently completely disintegrated from the ear cuffs and the headband.
I'd take a pair of studio cans over a "gaming headset" any day but each to their own.
Pair one of these with a standalone mic (even a cheap one) and you'll have much better sound quality.
