For the sake of your health, avoid any cookware that contains PFAS, PFOA, PTFE (aka Teflon), or any of the other "forever chemicals".
Not saying that non-stick material is a good thing
but looking into PTFE toxicity research states it is safe to use under 260 degree celsius
So probably don't set to "high" for grilling as fat / oil on meat might increase the cooking temperature
The manual suggest that High settings cooking temperature is around 195-235C

What similar hotpot products do people suggest that doesn't contain PTFE and is also easy to clean? Thanks.
I normally just use stainless steel pot for hotpot but it does stick
have heard of graphene coating but don't know if it is any better

Yeah, it's overpriced, the product cost should be around $30-40 when you order at least 1 container, so fat profit there.
