I got my delivery from Amazon yesterday and 2 packs of 3 bottles bath liquid were spilled out, Amazon hasn’t packaged properly and I have returned it to get refund, never will try to buying again.
I'm surprised they asked you to return it and not just keep it?
They didn’t offer me to kept it even I said I have an video recording of box opening and can proof how messy inside the big box even none of air cushion protection around two packs of 3 bottles. Maybe they just want me to return them and they can see what happens.

This has happened to me twice. Both times they asked for it to be returned. We've moved to the refill packs now, which are much more cost effective and haven't had any issues with being damaged in shipping.
That depends on the operator and, maybe, how kindly they are approached.
Woolies has it for $8.50 this week. If you don't want to grab 2 just head into woolies and help the planet out a bit.
