How to get a free whopper from Hungry Jack’s

  1. Download the Hungry Jack’s app
  2. Enter your details, including your date of birth
  3. Visit a nearby Hungry Jack’s restaurant to claim a free burger.

The voucher for the freebie should appear under the ‘rewards’ tab in the app.
May be substituted for a Rebel Whopper.

Available for pick-up only. Minimum spend to redeem in App is $1 or at Cashier for $0.
Valid only at participating Hungry Jack’s restaurant only. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

    Hmmm my birthday is tomorrow and no Birthday Whopper voucher for me so far :(

    Last year it turned up on the 12th (I still have the email downloaded), no email so far this week - I am disappoint :(

      So you got the voucher in the app one day before your birthday? I was thinking it was 3 days before as well, and my birthday is in less than three days and still no voucher. Maybe op should change the description?

        I sent a message via the feedback section of the app. It took them roughly a day to respond and they manually added whopper voucher to my account.

          Thanks for the tip! I did this based on your suggestion when my voucher still didn’t arrive a day after my birthday, they replied back saying the voucher was already sent out and to check my account again. I opened up my app and lo and behold it is there sitting nicely in my account, they must’ve just manually added it.

    Last year was the best! they didnt even check my ID or ask to scan my voucher at one store.
    I then went to another store and they redeemed it.

    So 2 for the price of none! Cant complain, yo!

              From 9PM (AEST) Monday 23 September, Shake & Win, Reward Vouchers and Jack's Cafe Loyalty will be unavailable for a few days. But don't worry, you'll still be able to order all your faves on the App!

    I am finding that they are really dragging their feet lately with the free birthday whopper. It used to automatically appear in the rewards section via the app… and was also sent straight to my email. Now none of that happens and I always have to email/message their customer feedback/support line.

    And it's a hit and miss as well, sometimes they reply in a day, sometimes a week, sometimes never.

    If you really want free stuff then the KFC free drink for the survey is the best. I did the survey sent to my email once, then kept the confirmation email… now everytime I just flash that page and they give me a free drink. $5 filler box + free 600ml drink= pretty much the best bang for your buck meal I could find to date.

      So the code on the KFC email is pointless? Do they just need to see the email?

        I'm pretty sure that they're technically either supposed to punch in that unique code into their POS… or process an order for a "free feedback drink" (for stock keeping purposes). But out of the few 2-3 KFCs that I usually go to they don't give a shit and just ask you to flash a KFC receipt with a number written on it or that email with some red text on it.

        My main KFC gets so many free feedback drinks claimed that I straight out don't get to finish my sentence… saying "Can I get a free drink for the-" followed by them saying "what drink?" lol.
