"Cold springy noodles dipped into a bowl of intensely flavorful hot soup, Tsukemen or Dipping Ramen Noodles is a Japanese summertime staple."

  • Thanks OP.

This was great last year, went with a friend of mine and while it was packed they've caught me hook line and sinker, keep going back

    • So their promotion, was a success.
New and Repeat customers who continue.

  • Just plain noodle in soup I guess, so no meat, egg, or anything else.

Even if Ramen has meat it will be 20 grams slice of meat and egg i dont think will add up any cost. Not sure if im the only ozbargainer who thinks ramen is the biggest food scam with the value.

      • I think the same about curries, you’d be lucky to get a few chunks of cheap meat in sauce for $20+ these days. But I go for ramen or other soups or curries for the flavour I can’t or don’t have the time to replicate .

Do they have any vegetarian options?

  • Good deal on the ramen, though the Botanic garden part of the light show is no longer free. $40/adult, $128/family, ouch! Though for people who are still keen to go will probably be a better experience due to less crowding, presumably.

Who stays on a Friday in the city (esp Wynyard) anymore? The last time I checked, it was a ghost town and so sad compared to pre Covi.

    • uni students 😂

    pretty average ramen imo

    • This. Priced at what it’s worth.

  • the best tsukemen is at kosuke ramen

  • Is the $1 ramen for dine-in only?

  • That line is comically long. Looks to be 150+ people waiting.
