  • Awesome price, same goes with the 573/673/773.

Can't believe my RX-V667 is so out of date already, lol.

  • Just to make sure, will the books/display be in english?

    • The manual comes on CD, so if it's not in english you can just download the english version from the AU or other Yamaha site, the display would most likely be in english by default if not it can be changed to english.

Is a pretty good price, the cheapest I have seen was $479(@ Rio sound & vision, now listed at full price) so is a reasonable saving.

  • you will get cheaper from Germany.AUD366.77(including delivery and paypal fee)titanium even cheaper!!!

    • Can you use the EU units in Australia?
Will the power be fine? Just change the plug right?

      • Yes…or buy travel adapter.

        • Thanks Mate - that's a great price. AU$352 delivered.
I've been looking and waiting for something to pop up. There's heaps of options but for this price this is great.

          Mik

  • What about warranty? What is the deal there?

    • Most likely you will have to send it back to get fixed. If you've modified the power plug yourself you will probably void your warranty too. Best to use a travel adapter.

      • Yep the warranty is not valid in Aus, if purchased from OS.

  • Do you guys think that is a big risk?

    • The amount of appliances that have broken on me within the first year is about 0. So $300 saving for me is a good risk. If it breaks then I have $300 to fix it to break even.

      • or save $300 and use it to buy the ainol flame tablet….and WDTV Live streaming. :)

  • thanks Miko77 i may bite the bullet!

  • Its dropped to AUD346 now

  • Anyone got delivery from computer universe yet? I'm waiting for 4 weeks now and they said they have no stock. They said they can do a full refund but I might wait a little longer and see what happens.
