Good deal. Remember folks, if possible buy from JB (with C&C ideally) to support local business unless you really need Amazon's Prime shipping option. Amazon are price matching and not leading on discounts, plus they are a huge Behemoth already.

I love Amazon but I totally agree.

Amazon Prime has incredible value but this point is solid, no JB = no price match for Amazon. Its important to avoid monopolies for good pricing. Ive seen physical JB stores get shut down because of low business in the area and its a real issue if you want competition. Picked up TZelda;TotK from jb's physical store today but could have easily just ordered it delivered.

Good call, also I’ve had a couple of experiences where my Switch game case got cracked during Amazon delivery coz they just stuffed it in the mailbox. If you can walk to a JB, support local, don’t get damaged games.

      JB local business lol

(profanity) JB, they are a monopoly too

      • +2

We’re not comparing mom n pop electronics store lol, it’s Amazon (A$1700 Billion) vs JB (A$5.1 Billion), an Australian company.

Also, JB is not a monopoly!

        • literally who are as big as JB in Australia? Harvey Norman doesnt even come close.

          • +1

@Freestyle: Um, Harvey is $4.5B so comes pretty close??

            • @Punkboy: so half, and has 100 less stores

              JB owns Good Guys too

Loved Bayonetta 1 on Xbox, so annoyed when this became a Nintendo exclusive.

Bayo 2 and 3 wouldn't exist without Nintendo bankrolling them and supporting Platinum games. Franchise would be dead.
Switch runs Bayo1 better than xbox

      • Fair enough, not sure why I got negged for being disappointed/annoyed it wasn't multi platform?

      Friendly reminder:
PlatinumGames originally went to both PlayStation and Xbox for funding and support to make Bayonetta 2. Neither of them wanted to give Platinum the time of day.

      • The thing they ask for is for it to be on their platform which I do not blame them for. Most of the companies do the same shit.

      • Thanks, didn't know the financial background. Still disappointed though.. loved the original it was so crazy and over the top. :)

FYI not a Nintendo hater (I still have my Gamecube!). It was just that at the time of Bayonetta 2 the WiiU didn't have enough games of interest to me to warrant the console purchase. Now my excuse not to buy a Switch is I have too many unplayed games on the PlayStation (and a few other platforms)
