I think the minimum spend of $50 was just introduced recently.

I didn’t get the bonus either

Sent them an email over a week ago, haven’t heard back from them.

I only got the bonus after I contacted Cheddar support. I contacted them about a month after it was supposed to be approved (Big W takes 6 months, worst out of any business). Anyway this is the reply from Cheddar:

Apologies this cashback was overdue, I've just looked at your profile and realised it has recently been approved from the stores end. I have since marked the cashback as 'Approved' on your profile, you should be able to see this the next time you login.
