Good Guys Store Credit

Back on April 10th I bought a fridge from The Good Guys and there was a promotion running at the time to get $100 store cash with purchases over $1000 (not sure on exact amount but I was eligible). I even got the store staff to confirm I was eligible. I paid for the fridge in full on the same day.
I never received the store cash so I contacted their support who said I actually wasn't eligible because it was delivered after the promotion ended on the 12th April. So I then asked the lady on the chat to send me a copy of the terms and conditions but they told me they can't give it to customers (sounds like bullshit). Oh and they couldn't even send me a transcript of the conversation because apparently that's not possible.

Am I being unreasonable in thinking I got screwed here?

    There is no change in the requirement to book a delivery date that is prior to the expiry of the Offer Period.

        It makes more sense if they used the invoice date, but F, it's in their T&Cs so can't really do much.

          Yeah I shouldn't have taken the store staff's word and read the T&Cs properly. I'll hand in my Ozbargain license immediately.

    Same thing happened to me. Luckily I could get stock from a store a few hours away that I was passing and transferred the order.
    But then the deal extended into the following month anyway.

    You got screwed
