Where Can I Buy Fresh Lotus Root & Burdock Root in Sydney [West]

I’m looking to buy fresh lotus and burdock root to make side dishes. Can anyone recommend somewhere that stocks these fresh, not frozen?

Korean supermarkets will have Burdock and lotus root.

but that is also season dependent as well, might be more abundant and better quality in certain times of the year.

I have been to a lot of Korean grocers near me and they don’t have either. I was hoping someone specifically knew a particular place that had either of them.

Tong Li supermarket have fresh lotus root, not cheap though about $20 a kilo

    Have seen it at burwood, ashfield, camspie, but its seasonal, they just stock it when they feel like it.
