I ordered a Samsung s23 Ultra and a Galaxy earbuds 2 during the targeted 800$ voucher trade in bonus on 16th of March 2023. After 2 to 3 weeks' time, my order on the Samsung account was changed to "On the Way," but since then, nothing has been changed or updated. I tried contacting Samsung on several occasions, the only reply I got was "Sorry to hear that.. blah blah.. escalate the issues and wait for 7 to 10 days. " It's been nearly 4 times I contacted, and that's the response every time.
Now, I also had a trade-in of S21 ultra whose trade in price was already deducted by Aurion on the order date.
If I cancel the order now, I know the disastrous wait time and unlimited phone calls I need to do to fix it over several months (previous experience).
What are my options here ? Can anyone redirect me to the steps I can take ? Is anyone having the same problem, please share ?

Does "On the Way" imply it's been dispatched? Is there a tracking code?
