EDIT: Some have downvoted the post as these items are cheaper on AliExpress. Definitely agree to it however as a local AU seller I cannot compete with sellers on AliExpress as my cost price is comprised of sourcing goods from overseas, logistics (costs skyrocketed thanks to covid), customs duty/taxes, selling platform fees, packaging & local shipping (tracked shipping with Aus post starts at $6.4) ; WHEREAS sellers on Ali are manufacturers themselves (else procure locally) and postage is way less for them due to zillions of small packets shipped daily.
When you buy from Ali, you don't get tracked shipping and delivery times are very long and chances of missing the packet are high. Of course there are no returns. Also factor 10% GST.
Buying locally from an AU seller could work for some who want items urgently (or quick delivery) and prefer tracked shipping.
Just putting the above so people know why things can cost more locally (not always though), otherwise in this day I am sure one can find everything and anything on AliE at a lesser cost.
Perfect timing, was looking for something to put in my 10yo's party bags. The gamer ones will go down a treat with his nerd mates!
