As a heads up - I bought from these guys back in December - printer failed in less than two weeks - they stopped responding to emails to try and resolve the issue. (I've had to open up a case with Fair Trading.)

      ABOUT US
Our goal is to delivery the best customer service to all our customers.
All the products we are selling are coverd by us, not just the manufactory.

      Good quality Engrish there

      • I don't think the level of English dictates the level of service or the quality of product.

I've had plenty of good experiences to which (to use your words) "Good quality Engrish" was offered.

Fair trading is useless. They're just a delayed directory service. Go direct to credit card (chargeback) or PayPal claim. Must faster. If all fails, go to your local CAT

      • I foolishly paid by direct transfer - I have started a claim via my bank as well.
Fair Trade has an estimated time frame of 12 weeks.
Bank has an estimated time of 8 weeks.

        CAT?

they stopped responding to emails to try and resolve the issue.

This is not acceptable, especially if stores want to post on Ozbargain. They should have excellent customer service.

As a community we shouldn't put up with this & have the power to do something about it by using the neg vote.
