Mexico La Concordia
The Concordia region is renowned for producing excellent coffee due to various factors, such as the agroclimatic conditions of the area, altitude, soils, great diversity of natural interactions, and of course, the people who through effort and care are able to produce the “Oro Verde” (green gold as it is called).
We absolutely love the profile of the Mexico, La Concordia region - Strawberry, nougat, and raspberry with hints of rhubarb.
Ethiopia Sidamo
This is a high-quality washed coffee bean from the Ethiopian Sidamo region. Growing altitude 1500-2220 masl. The Ethiopian Sidamo region produces versatile coffee beans that suit all coffee types. It is well-balanced, has great body, and a pleasant mouthfeel. Roasted to medium with cupping notes exhibiting peach and citrus (lemony) with complex sparkling acidity. This coffee bean is an amazing single-origin.
