  Every sale they cancel half my order, then I feel ripped off because I end up paying $15 shipping for a $30 item.
  Not to mention the time they sent a pair of shoes with different length laces and said to buy new laces somewhere else.

      Yep, they even sent a link to site they sells all sorts of laces for about $15. Eventually they said they would give me $15 credit but that never materialized either. The real issue is that I love the shoes but they look a bit odd because I could not find the correct length laces in the matching color.

        You should have chased it up with them. I usually pay via PayPal for online orders in case something like this happens. PayPal offers 'Buyer Protection'; but luckily I've never experienced anything of this sort. It's a little shocking that a company like PUMA would do this …
