Footscray is a bit out of the way for me. In previous years, I've seen them on Market Place Fresh, EASI and local Asian grocery group buys. But this year, nothing, zilch.

I've heard of FNQ durian but never seen this mythical item.
Has anyone ever tried these Aus tropical fruits? What about Rambutan?
This year it seems to be mythical. The Aust ones just as good as the SE Asian ones.
Rambutan… don't like the thick bit surrounding the seed which is difficult to get rid of
Have you tried somewhere like Footscray markets? Any of the Asian dedicated shopping areas? Mangosteens are one of the things I miss after moving to regional NSW. I usually buy a heap each time I go out to Cabramatta if they have any.
