Looking for a Simpson Rangehood… on google search there none? thinking of westinghouse now..
Is there any deals? Or just buy the $169 one? does installation by professional needed? it's 60cm by 31cm.

OP take a photo of your existing range hood (including cupboards on each side and above).
have a look on eBay.
plenty less than $100 delivered.
they are standard sizes - 60cm is a regular "small" sizeDIY installation. usually a couple of screws holding it into the cabinets on each side.

yeah, when you take the metal filter things out then you will see the screws that hold the range hood in place (i.e. attached to the cupboards on each side).
remove them and be ready to catch the range.
they are light weight.
Why don't you google the model and see about removing it yourself can't be that hard… but going by this post it might be…
It's usually 4 screws and where it's plugged into..
OP if you don't have a standard plug at present, when you do get a sparky in to do the electrical work, tell them to put a powerpoint in so you can plug the new rangehood into that. That way if you need to change in future you can DIY.

Well you should be able to swap yourself then if the new unit fits in existing cabinetry. From the photo you sent that model is free standing recirculating.
