Accounts/Credit Cards for Accounting use - Bank Feed Imports

For those that use Xero accounting software or others that allow bank feeds what is your setup for your business?

I currently have all my cards linked and every single transaction i do comes up in Xero which is taking alot of time for me to reconsile.

Was going to have separate cards/transaction accounts but wanted to keep retaining points/benefits by putting everything through the one card.

Is there any setups you use?

Ideally no yearly/monthly fee's or easy ways to get around them.

  • I usually have an addon card which I use for my business expense. Makes it much easier to keep track of things.

    • Is there any costs involved with that?

      • Most institutions do no charge extra fees for additional cards.
