Fisher and Paykel Oven Troubleshooting - OB60SCVMX1

https://imgur.com/a/NdhWRNH

Hi all, please refer to imgur links for wiring diagrams and images of oven. This will be my last resort before calling a technician.

Problem: Oven gets power but only to the cooling fans when turned on. Cooling fans turn off when power is switched off.

Troubleshooting attempted: Only a novice multimeter user so not great. Did some random part replacements but problems still there. a) Thermocouple change b) PCB change. c) Both thermal limiters seem to be working as expected? (some guidance may be needed, but I think they are working fine)

Can someone look through the wiring diagrams and maybe point out what may be causing the issue?

Or are there any forums I can be directed to. Figured ozbargainers would be cheap enough to diy repair stuff

I thought this oven was electric? If it is…

Have you replaced the most common faulty item - the heating element/s?

Test the element/s for continuity with your multimeter.

Maybe I'm using the terms wrong. I changed the dial that controls the temperature, which has a probe that goes directly into the oven.

Elements have been probed to be okay.
      a) oven element. 21ohm
      b) grill 1: 55ohm
      c) grill 2: 28ohm

Id suspect the elements, but figured they can't all blow at the same time. Anyway, elements all checked to be okay.

No lights come on at all when powered on?

Looking at the diagram the most likely culprit is the clock board as the power runs through there before going to the rest of the oven however cooling fan is seperate to that circuit which is why it still works.

Oven seems to be behaving like the time has not been set, try holding the two buttons down as suggested in this guide, perhaps the time display has busted?

I'm a (profanity) idiot. This was it. I went diving into the deep end before looking at the simple troubleshooting manual.

Power must have cut off at some point and reset my oven and I just thought it was busted.

About $150 in parts spent. The good news is i guess I know my damn oven inside out now, I'm pretty sure I can fix whatever crap it turns out in the future.

        Thanks mate. You a legend.
