Anyone has the same experience? New tv out of the box yesterday and after setting up, it frequently restarts itself. I’m so frastrated, called TCL support, asked me the unplug tv and hold power button for 20s then turn on the tv again.didn’t work. The thing is it’s difficult to prove to the support that the tv restarts itself because you never know when it will happen!

I have just recorded a video. I will try contact support again. But just hoping to see if anyone has the same issue and if there’s a quick fix.

Return it to place of purchase and get another one, why do people complicate things..
Purchased from appliance central, store in NSW and I’m in VIC. Who doesn’t want to simplify things…
Call up appliance central, tell them to send a courier, box it back up again.
Sounds like a fault. Your best bet might be to get a replacement.
