Hi everyone,
Really seeking some advice, I have purchased S22 from Samsung Online Store- Never received the product and have been pending refund for over 3 months with Samsung.
I have confirmation by the courier that it was returned to sender, which is Samsung - yet Samsung still saying it's waiting confirmation from the warehouse to confirm the product is being returned. No clear time-frame and repeat the same things that the refund can not be issued until confirmation from warehouse. I have provided them with the tracking details and confirmation that it has been returned back.
I feel so hopeless! I've lodged a complaint to fairtrading - they said samsung will refund within 7 business days (this of course did not happened) then I emailed fair trading back and they said nothing they can do, advise me to proceed with tribunal.
What are my option in receiving the refund? I purchased the phone via afterpay which is linked to my credit card for payment. (I have lodged dispute on both platform afterpay and credit card recently - any one has experience with chargeback for afterpay?)
