My 6 year old daughter is very much interested in drawing and colouring. I want to teach her drawing properly. Are there any books or resources that I can use to teach her proper drawing/colouring skills?
What Are Some Useful Books/Resources for Kids to Start Learning Drawing?

Thank you. We have all that. I was looking for a book or something to teach her properly - strokes, shapes, contours, etc.,
There are a lot of free printable sheets online that teach people to draw but by bit. Can start from simple things like an eye or a tree but also have fun things like Disney or Marvel characters (simplified).
I went through this with my daughter. Suggest starting off with 2-3 basic books eg how to draw animals, people and plants or landscapes. Don’t need anything complicated. Also buy a book how to draw whatever she is into. I don’t know what 6 yr olds are into these days, but it could be how to draw bluey or dinosaurs or Pokémon or Disney etc.
As she gets a bit older she will develop an interest in more specific styles eg my daughter was into anime, so we got a heap of how to draw anime books. Your daughter is a few years off needing to learn things like perspective or golden mean etc; just encourage her to draw what she likes drawing
There are also some age appropriate youtube videos you can hunt down and, as mentioned, you can print off online instructions as well
That said my daughter is now studying a ‘highly lucrative’ visual arts degree at uni so…for every picture your daughter draws, maybe suggest she also does a line of coding or reads a balance sheet!
Aldi recently had a whole range of drawing equipment including how to draw books available in store.
