27 Inch Monitor Recommendation - Budget Maximum $250

Two years ago I purchased Dell s2721d monitor for roughly $210. I am looking for similar monitor in the same price range.

I have been monitoring all monitor related deals, but it seems there haven't been many in last few months to suit my requirements.

Can anyone please recommend me some good monitors or deals?

    Do you have a use case for a display that's not 4K?

      Usecase is mainly for work purpose.
      Mainly emails, documentation, work conf calls, working on remote tools through VDI and some level of coding

      How does this fair in comparison to s2721d?

        They are pretty much the same specs 27”, QHD, IPS,75 Hz, Freesync. With the Phillips it looks like you lose the height adjustability on the stand, this might be a deal breaker.

    I think to make keep my monitors look consistent I might go something similar to dell s2721d
