JB Plan Once Contract Is Finished

My 12 month contract on a JB mobile plan with Telstra has just finished. I am obviously now free to see what else is available. But before I do that, I was wondering what sort of luck people were having by going back to JB to see what they could offer? When I bought my phone, the saleswoman did tell me to come back and see her once my contract was over, to see what she could do. But I would like to go in prepared.
I was very happy with the Telstra coverage and the 5G speeds were amazing (over 1000 Mbps at some locations), so I would like to remain on a 5G plan.

    If you are looking to get a new phone via another JB deal soon then go to a non Telstra provider like Coles mobile.

    Deals are for new customers. Telstra don't give a toss about existing customers

    Belong. As long as you're not regional, needing the fringe coverage.
    Data is dirt cheap with them. 5g, wifi calling included.

    Best deal JB could do was a $45 per month plan with capped 5G speeds. So it looks like I will be looking elsewhere. Thanks for the suggestions.
